SLUSARSKI, Irene M. (nee Ulaszewski) – age 90, June 17, 2017. Beloved daughter of the late Anthony and Antoinette Ulaszewski; predeceased by brothers Rev. Msgr. Edward J., Joseph, William, Bronislaus (Mary), John (Mary) Ulaszewski and a sister Mary. Irene is survived by her loving son Paul and his loving wife Barbara. She is also survived by a nephew Ronald (Susan) Ulaszewski and nieces Charlotte Ulaszewski, Kathleen Ulaszewski and Christine May. The family will be present to receive relatives and friends on Thursday from 4-8PM at the St. Jude Center, 760 Ellicott St, Buffalo where a Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday at 10AM. Entombment St. Stanislaus Cemetery. In 1969, Irene’s brother Msgr. Edward Ulaszewski founded the St. Jude Center which continues to provide Pastoral Care to the Buffalo Medical Campus. Irene was a founding member of the St. Jude Center Guild, which currently continues in its support of the Center. Irene was a RN and worked for over 25 years at Buffalo General Hospital.
