Pamela L. Ezzo
September 19, 1948 - April 26, 2022
Pamela L. Ezzo (nee O’Keefe) Age 73 of Cheektowaga, died Tuesday, April 26th, at Safire of Northtowns Nursing Home. Pam worked at Vincent’s Avenue Coiffures in downtown Buffalo before moving to Syracuse. Later, while working at the U.S. Postal Service, she met Ronald Ezzo whom she married in 1987. In North Syracuse, Pam was a member of St. Rose of Lima parish where she joyfully served as lector, Eucharistic minister, and choir member. Pam also belonged to two Anonymous programs where she met many loving friends. She also treasured the children she cared for when she had a Daycare Center in her home. Pam’s final employer in Syracuse was SRC/SRCTec where she worked for thirteen rewarding years. For fun, Pam, her husband Ron, and dear friends enjoyed many Syracuse Chief Baseball games together. Since returning home to Buffalo in 2011, they still enjoyed baseball by watching the Bisons, but Pam delighted most in playing Scrabble with her dear sisters who just loved to laugh together. (Some of the nieces and nephews called it cackling!) Pam was a member of St. Philip the Apostle parish in Cheektowaga. Pam is preceded in death by her mother, Olivia Rose (nee Sciamanda) O’Keefe; father, Leo F. O’Keefe, Jr; step-mother Josephine (Mathews) O’Keefe; brother-in-law, Kenneth Fick, Sr.; and mother-in-law and father-in-law, Antoinette and Frank Ezzo.
